DERAY®-V 25 / V 25 TW

Crosslinked Elastomer Tubing

The DERAY®-V 25 / V 25 TW Crosslinked Elastomer Tubing provides robust mechanical, thermal, and chemical protection for sensitive components. Featuring a 2:1 shrink ratio and an operating temperature range from -75°C to 150°C, this tubing is ideal for demanding applications in automotive, industrial, aerospace, defense, and mass transit markets. It meets several stringent industry standards, including DEF STAN 59-97 Type 6b, BS G198 Part 3 Type 10A, VG 95343 Part 5 Type D, QPL SAE AS23053/16, PAN 6480K, and GS 95008-3-3.

Constructed from a modified elastomer, the DERAY®-V 25 / V 25 TW tubing offers excellent resistance to diesel, hydraulic fluids, and chemicals. Its flame retardant and flexible properties make it suitable for use in rough environments where high-temperature fluid resistance and long-term heat resistance are required.
