Direct Thermal Paper

The Direct Thermal Paper is a non-top-coated, non-smudgeproof, chemi-thermal paper designed for variable information printing (VIP) labeling in dry environments. This standard sensitivity thermal paper is ideal for applications such as point of sale (POS) price marking and other retail uses where quick and clear printability is required. It is essential to avoid contact with plasticizers (PVC) and fats to maintain the integrity of the paper over time.

  • Material Type: Direct thermal standard paper

  • Adhesive: Modified acrylic dispersion permanent adhesive

Performance Characteristics:

  • Printability: Excellent for VIP labeling, ensuring clear and quick printing results in retail and other dry environments.
  • Storage Stability: The material is stable for two years when stored at a maximum of 21°C and 50% relative humidity. It is advised to avoid damp conditions, excessive heat, and freezing to maintain the paper’s quality.
