Halogen-Free, Flame Retardant Heat Shrink Tubing
The DERAY®-ZoH125 Halogen-Free, Flame Retardant Heat Shrink Tubing offers exceptional fire safety with low smoke generation and minimal toxic fume emissions. Featuring a 2:1 shrink ratio and an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, this tubing is ideal for applications in mass transit, subways, defense, offshore, marine, and industrial markets. It meets several stringent industry standards, including EN45545-2 HL3 R22/R23, LUL E 1042 A6, BS 6853 vehicle category 1a, and DIN 5510.
Constructed from a modified polyolefin that is free of lead, cadmium, and halogen, the DERAY®-ZoH125 tubing offers good fluid resistance and a flexible, flame-retardant design. The soft surface finish supports good printability, making it suitable for cable identification applications in environments where fire safety and low smoke emissions are crucial.
