Polyester Expandable Sleeving
The Rail FR1100 V0 Polyester Expandable Sleeving is engineered for use in railway applications where high flame retardancy and durability are critical. Made from high-quality polyester, this sleeving provides exceptional protection and organization for wiring harnesses, ensuring safety and reliability in demanding environments. With its excellent heat aging resistance and low-temperature performance, this sleeving is ideal for protecting cables and wires in a wide range of operating conditions.

- Low Temperature Resistance: No visible appearance change after testing at -40℃ for 4 hours (per GB/T 2423.1)
- Heat Aging Resistance: No visible change of appearance after testing at 150℃ for 24 hours (per GB/T 2423.2)
- Melting Point: 240±10℃
- Flammability: Conforms to class HL3 as per EN45545
